Anti Aging Facial Exercise
Aging face can be reducing only by facial muscles as these
muscles are the most important key to shape your face even without aging lines
or wrinkles. Unfortunately, there are the fat tissues located just beneath the
skin which terminates with the age and form the decreased intensity and
firmness of your face through which you look old and tired.
If you want to look younger at the old age, you would have
to keep the facial muscles worked out all the times and it is only done with
the facial exercises daily. The exercise helps in lifting the skin and toning
the muscles by avoiding the sagging and keeping it firm all the same time.
1. The V Exercise
It helps in reducing the crow’s feet and drooping of
eyelids.
- Press the inner corner of your eyebrows with the help of both middle fingers.
- Apply pressure on the outer corner of your eyebrows with the help of index finger.
- Look upward by slowly raising your eyelids and then relax.
- Repeat the steps for at least 6 times and finish the process by closing your eyes tightly for few seconds.
2. Chew a Gum
Fortunately, chewing gum plays an important role in slowing
down the ageing process. Chewing gum gives constant and steady moves to your
facial muscles and helps to keep the muscles toned. Not only has this but it
makes the skin smooth too.
So, while workouts or busy in office work, chew a gum and
get ready to combat with ageing.
- Place both of your hands on the forehead facing inwards and spread all of your fingers between the eyebrows and hairline.
- Sweep the fingers outwards in a gentle way across the forehead.
- Give light pressure with your fingers in order to tighten the skin.
- Relax and repeat the steps for 10 times.
This exercise is very much famous to eliminate the wrinkles
around the eyes and also it is important to reduce the puffiness of eyes.
- Just crisscross your fingers as shown in the image.
- Both of your index fingers should lie between the eyebrows.
- Gently bring the thumbs downwards around the outer-eye corners.
- Keep your eyes close while pulling the index fingers up above your eyebrows at the same time.
- Pull your thumbs out towards your ears.
- Keep pulling up and out the skin muscles around the eyes for thirty seconds.
- Repeat the exercise for 5 times.
Eyebrows are the most important features on your face
because it keeps you looking awake or alert. You can keep your brows up high by
doing the following exercise.
- Press the tips of your fingers of both hands below the eyebrows.
- Try to move your brows downside and close the eyes tightly.
- Hold it for 7 counts. Release the fingers slowly and take a deep breath.
- Repeat the steps for 5 to 7 times.
