How to Get Rid of Ingrown Hair
Ingrown hair is the cause of the shaving or epilation of the
skin. No matter what method women used to remove the unwanted hair? There are
most of the women who suffer with ingrown hair. These type of hair are like
coiled wires that grow beneath the epidermis after shaving. The red marks or
black spots, when visible on the skin, you can called it ingrown hair. The
problem makes many women disappointed and the skin may not perfectly smooth
after shaving.
Many natural remedies are described here for easy cure of
ingrown hair. One of the most important are coffee grounds as to rub the area
where you see the problem of ingrown hair. You can also use shower gel with
exfoliating agent for dry and rough skin. In this way the dead skin would be removing
to push the wires to come out of the surface. Make sure that do not rub with
harsh hands as it may start irritation to your skin. Another remedy that can
easily be done is take a cup filled with sugar and a cup filled with olive oil.
Add ten drops of tea tree oil to prevent infection and few drops of lavender
essential oil for bad odor. Using these exfoliating agents, scrub the infected
area with circular motions then rinse with water. Use this remedy two times per
day.
In case of irritation and itching, baking soda is found to
be amazing to cure. Take a cup of water then add one tbsp. of baking soda in
it. Take a small piece of cotton ball and dip it in this solution. Now apply
this on the affected areas. Hold it for five minutes then wash the area with
cold water. Repeat the procedure twice a day.
Aspirin is reliable for treating the inflammation caused by
the ingrown hair. Take a cup and add one tsp of warm water then soak aspirin in
it. Stir it until you get a paste. Add one tsp of honey then mix it again. Apply
this on the affected parts then leave it for ten minutes. Rinse it with warm
water.
