4 DIY Ways to Get Rid of Stretch Marks
Stretch marks are the common problem among men and women. Mostly
the women are fed up with this. The main parts of the body where stretch marks
have been are thighs, buttocks, hips and breasts. It has been expected that 90%
of pregnant women have stretch marks on their bellies, 70% of teens and 40% of
athletes.
Two types of stretch marks appear that are: the white
colored stretch marks that are older, mature and the red ones are those which
are recently formed. The main cause of stretch marks is still unknown but
mostly it is thought that it may be the result of the weight fluxes of the
body. There you will see some natural ways to get rid of stretch marks. Hope it

1. Vitamins
In a bowl, add 6 tbsp of olive oil, 6 tbsp of aloe vera gel,
4 capsules of vitamin A, 4 capsules of vitamin E, 4 capsules of elastin and 1
tsp of calendula cream. Mix them all together well then apply on the stretch
marks with the gradual motion of your hand.
2. Avocado
Take 1 avocado, juice of 1 lemon, 2 capsules of vitamin E,
10 drops of vitamin A, few drops of celandine tincture, few drops of calendula
tincture and some olive oil. Grind avocado until it becomes like a smooth
paste. Add the remaining ingredients in this pate and mix thoroughly. Apply
this prepared mixture on the affected parts then wait for 30 minutes. Rinse it
off with water.
3. Aloe Vera
In a bowl, add ½ cup of olive oil, ¼ cup of aloe vera gel, 4
capsules of vitamin E and 2 capsules of vitamin A. Mix them all together then
let them standardize. Apply on the stretch marks. Keep the mixture in the
fridge.
4. Cocoa Butter
Mix ½ cup of cocoa butter, 1 tsp of wheat germ oil, 1 tsp of
apricot oil, 1 tsp of vitamin E oil and 2 tbsp of beeswax. Mix the ingredients
until the beeswax starts to melt. Let it cool down and use it for the stretch
marks. Do this remedy until you will be satisfied.
