Natural Remedies for Dark Elbows and Knees
In summer season, if darker elbows and knees are challenging

Turmeric, Honey and Milk Mixture

for its antiseptic properties. On the other hand, honey and milk contains
moisturizing and bleaching properties. What you would have to do is just mix
turmeric powder; milk and honey in the form of a smooth paste then apply it on
the blackened areas. Wait till 30 minutes then wash it off. Repeat the

Lemon
Lemon also has bleaching properties and is good for many
things related to the skin. Take a small piece of cotton pad then dip it in the
lemon juice. Start rubbing the pad on the dark elbows and knees with the gentle
motion of hand. Do not wash for at least one hour after the application. Do
this process on the daily basis until your skin tone comes to normal.
Olive Oil and Sugar Mixture
Mix both olive oil and sugar to make an exfoliating scrub
then massage this scrub on to your knees and elbows. Remove it with water and
delicate soap.
