DIY Beauty: Homemade Epsom Salt Bath Scrub
It is my second try on doing article on homemade salt bath
scrub. In this recipe, I have used the Epsom salt purchased from the drug store
or pharmacy. Last time I had used the rock salt which was too stiff for my skin.
But believe me this Epsom salt is just turned out like a magic. It was a fun making
this amazing bath scrub and yes it is too lovely to use.

salt has got wonderful and hidden benefits for your beauty purpose. Epsom salt
is actually a compound called magnesium sulfate. It comes in the crystal form
which is best for the skin exfoliation due to which it soothes the rough
patches present on the skin. Let me inform you one more thing that do not be
scare while preparing the Epsom salt bath scrub because it provides the
magnesium to your skin which is the only way for the relaxation of skin and
muscles. Not only this but it is also meant to lower the blood pressure and gives
you happy feelings all the day by raising your energy levels.
Epsom Salt Bath Scrub Recipe
There you go; it is just a simple and easy homemade recipe. What
you need are:
- Epsom Salt one cup
- Any Essential Oil two drops
- Food Coloring two drops
- Jojoba Oil three drops
- Baking Soda one tbsp.
Now you have to blend all of those ingredients together
until you see an even color of the mixture is formed and your bath scrub is
ready to use.
Mix your own Ingredients
If you do not want to use jojoba oil then no worries, you
can replace it with almond, olive or coconut oil. Adding oil in this recipe is
because of conditioning the scrub. Do not be shocked while noticing a lot of
color on your skin; it comes from the food color you have added in the scrub.
