Detox Water Recipe
Ingredients
2 or 3 Large Lemons, thinly sliced
1/2 Cucumber, thinly sliced
15 - 20 Mint Leaves
1/2 tbsp Grated Ginger
1 Liter of Water
Directions
1. Wash all the fruits and vegetables then slice
the lemon and cucumber.
2. In a container, fill the ingredients to the top
with water. (I’ll recommend you to use 1.25 gallon slim water jug to store it
easily in the fridge).
3. Soak it in the refrigerator overnight and within
2 days, you can take it.
If you take one gallon in a day, refill it again and let it
soak on the other night filled with the same ingredients. (Only you would have
to add more ginger in it). In fact, mint leaves will start to go bad after 2
days of soaking so change them thoroughly.
